& Cancellations We will accept whole orders back
unopened with the original packaging for whatever reason within 7 working days,
starting from when you have received the goods. You will need to return the
goods back to us, please note that the delivery cost will need to be covered by
you. After the 7 working day cooling off period returns will not be accepted. We can only refund delivery/collection
costs if the return is a result of our error or damage in transit. We will not
refund delivery costs if the items are correct as per your order. Return of goods for any
reason will not be accepted without a completed goods return form. This is
available for download on our website and can also be obtained by contacting

email, please check the form and replicate the fields in an email to myorder@bathsuperstore.com You can organise the return of the
product yourself in which case you will need to make sure the item is suitably
insured, or we can arrange collection for you. Please be aware that collection
costs will be considerably more than what you have paid for delivery, as this
is how the transport company operates. We may at times send you a
substitute for the product you have ordered of equal or better quality to the
original order. If this is the case you will be contacted to confirm this prior
to dispatch. Check that the items are flawless
before fitting them, we will not accept any claims for damaged, faulty or
miss-described items once the bathroom has been installed. Where the buyer has
used or installed the goods such use or installation shall be taken as
conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect
condition. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods
ordered for the purpose to which they are put. Products that have not been fitted
by a qualified plumber or to the manufacturers specification will be void of
warranty and/or guarantee. All credits will be processed within
