Delivery times will vary greatly depending on a number of factors including if we have the item in stock or have to order the items in. We may occasionally dispatch items direct from manufacturer for you We have a huge range of products on display in our online store but this is only a few items from the thousands which we can supply. As such we are unable to keep stock of every item you see in our store.

As a general guideline our delivery schedule is usally between 7 - 14 working days.

Small Items -

Items that can be sent via royal mail in a jiffy bag or small parcel.

Medium Items

Items that can be put onto a courier will fall under the medium items category.

Large Items

Items that need to be put on a pallet fall into the large items category.

Complete deliveries will be categorised under the largest item.

For next day delivery, orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 10am. We can not offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day delivers are subject to stock. A surcharge of £15 will apply at all next day deliveries. All delivery times quoted are based on your goods leaving the warehouse, and NOT from time you place your order.

Next day deliveries are only available on items we currently have in stock, items on our website are not necessarily in stock with us.

All Bathroom deliveries are made to "kerbside" at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the products. As deliveries can be made on large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the courier's discretion. We can advise the courier you preferred time but once again this will be down to the courier's discretion and delivery route. We will pass on your phone details to the courier, but cannot make them contact you, this again is down to their discretion.

If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge if applicable.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received
